θηλάζω

(< θηλή, a breast), [in LXX chiefly for ינק hi.;]

1. of the mother, to suckle: Mt 24:19, Mk 13:17, Lk 21:23.

2. Of the young, to suck: Mt 21:16; μαστούς, Lk 11:27 (cf. Jb 3:12, Ca 8:1, al.).†
