The hill on which the temple of Jerusalem was built, 2Ch 3:1. SeeJERUSALEM. It seems to have been the same place where Abraham was about to offer up Isaac, Ge 22:1-2; and where David interceded for his people at the threshing-floor of Araunah, 2Sa 24:16-25.
