An‐tiq″ui‐ty (�), n.; pl.Antiquities (�). [L. antiquitas, fr. antiquus: cf. F. antiquité. See Antique.] 1. The quality of being ancient; ancientness; great age; as, a statue of remarkable antiquity; a family of great antiquity.

2. Old age.
