Be‐snow″ (�), v. t. [imp. & p. p.Besnowed (�).] [OE. bisnewen, AS. besnīwan; pref. be- + snīwan to snow.] 1. To scatter like snow; to cover thick, as with snow flakes. Gower.

2. To cover with snow; to whiten with snow, or as with snow.
