Blan″dish (�), v. t. [imp. & p. p.Blandished (�); p. pr. & vb. n.Blandishing.] [OE. blaundisen, F. blandir, fr. L. blandiri, fr. blandus mild, flattering.] 1. To flatter with kind words or affectionate actions; to caress; to cajole.

2. To make agreeable and enticing.
