Brin″ded (�), a. [Cf. Icel. bröndōttr brindled, fr. brandr brand; and OE. bernen, brinnen, to burn. See Brand, Burn.] Of a gray or tawny color with streaks of darker hue; streaked; brindled. “Three brinded cows,” Dryden. “The brinded cat.” Shak.
