Cys‐tot″o‐my (s??s–t?t″?–m?), n. [Gr. ���� bladder + ���� to cut: cf. F. cystotomie.] The act or practice of opening cysts; esp., the operation of cutting into the bladder, as for the extraction of a calculus.
