Di‐lac″er‐ate (?), v. t. [imp. & p. p.Dilacerated (?); p. pr. & vb. n.Dilacerating (?).] [L. dilaceratus, p. p. of dilacerare to tear apart; di- = dis- + lacerare to tear.] To rend asunder; to tear to pieces. Sir T. Browne.
