See Illust. of Dicentra. — Dutchman's laudanum(Bot.), a West Indian passion flower (Passiflora Murucuja); also, its fruit. — Dutchman's pipe(Bot.), an American twining shrub (Aristolochia Sipho). Its flowers have their calyx tubes curved like a tobacco pipe.
