Epiphonema

‖Ep′i‐pho‐ne″ma (?), n. [L., fr. Gr. επιφὤνημα, fr. επιφωνεἰ̑ν to mention; επἴ + φωνει̑ν to speak.] (Rhet.) An exclamatory sentence, or striking reflection, which sums up or concludes a discourse.
