Eu‐di″a‐lyte (?), n. [Gr. εὐ̑ well, easily + � to dissolve. So called because easily dissolvable in acids.] (Min.) A mineral of a brownish red color and vitreous luster, consisting chiefly of the silicates of iron, zirconia, and lime.
