Eu″pi‐one (?), n. [Gr. � very fat; εὐ̑ well + � fat.] (Chem.) A limpid, oily liquid obtained by the destructive distillation of various vegetable and animal substances; — specifically, an oil consisting largely of the higher hydrocarbons of the paraffin series. [Written also eupion.]
