Ex‐trav″a‐sate (?), v. t. [imp. & p. p.Extravasated(?); p. pr. & vb. n.Extravasating(?).] [Pref. extra- + L. vas vessel: cf. F. extravaser. See Vase.] To force or let out of the proper vessels or arteries, as blood.
