Galloon

Gal‐loon″ (?), n. [From F. or Sp. galon. See Gala.] 1. A narrow tapelike fabric used for binding hats, shoes, etc., — sometimes made ornamental.

2. A similar bordering or binding of rich material, such as gold lace.
