Gym′no‐pæd″ic (–pĕd″ĭk or –pē″dĭk), a. [Gr. γυμνόσ naked + παι̑σ, παιδόσ, a child.] (Zoöl.) Having young that are naked when hatched; psilopædic; — said of certain birds.
