In‐hab″ile (?), a. [L. inhabilis: cf. F. inhabile. See In- not, and Habile, and cf. Unable.]

1. Not apt or fit; unfit; not convenient; inappropriate; unsuitable; as, inhabile matter.

2. Unskilled; unready; awkward; incompetent; unqualified; — said of persons. See Unable.
