Intrepidity

In′tre‐pid″i‐ty (?), n. [Cf. F. intrépidité.] The quality or state of being intrepid; fearless bravery; courage; resoluteness; valor.

Sir Roger had acquitted himself of two or three sentences with a look of much business and great intrepidity. Addison.
