Kin′e‐si‐at″rics (?), n. [Gr. (�) motion (fr. κινει̑ν to move) + (�) pertaining to medicine, fr. (�) a physician.] (Med.) A mode of treating disease by appropriate muscular movements; — also termed kinesitherapy, kinesipathy, lingism, and the movement cure.
