Mel″o‐plas′ty (mĕl″ō̍‐plăs′ty̆), n. [Gr. μη̑λον an apple, a cheek + -plasty: cf. F. méloplastie.] (Surg.) The process of restoring a cheek which has been destroyed wholly or in part.
