‖Mo″na (?), n. [CF. Sp. & Pg. mona, fem. of mono a monkey, ape.] (Zoöl.) A small, handsome, long-tailed West American monkey (Cercopithecus mona). The body is dark olive, with a spot of white on the haunches.
