Nois″y (?), a. [Compar.Noisier (?); superl.Noisiest.] [From Noise.] 1. Making a noise, esp. a loud sound; clamorous; vociferous; turbulent; boisterous; as, the noisy crowd.

2. Full of noise. “The noisy town.” Dryden.
