Nullify

Nul″li‐fy (?), v. t. [imp. & p. p.Nullified (?); p. pr. & vb. n.Nullifying (?).] [L. nullificare; nullus none + -ficare (in comp.) to make. See Null, a., and -fy.] To make void; to render invalid; to deprive of legal force or efficacy.
