Prow (?), n. [F. proue (cf. Sp. & Pg. proa, It. prua), L. prora, Gr. �, akin to � before. See Pro-, and cf. Prore.] The fore part of a vessel; the bow; the stem; hence, the vessel itself. Wordsworth.
