Pyoid

Py″oid (?), a. [Gr. � pus + --oid.] (Med.) Of or pertaining to pus; of the nature of, or like, pus.

Pyoid corpuscles(Med.), cells of a size larger than pus corpuscles, containing two or more of the latter.
