Que″ry (?), n.; pl.Queries (#). [L. quaere, imperative sing. of quaerere, quaesitum to seek or search for, to ask, inquire. Cf. Acquire, Conquer, Exquisite, Quest, Require.] 1. A question; an inquiry to be answered or solved.
