Quiv″er, v. i. [imp. & p. p.Quivered (–ẽrd); p. pr. & vb. n.Quivering.] [Cf. Quaver.] To shake or move with slight and tremulous motion; to tremble; to quake; to shudder; to shiver.

The green leaves quiver with the cooling wind. Shak.
