‖Rhyn′chob‐del″le‐a (?), n. pl. [NL., fr. Gr. ρὕγχοσ snout + ��� a leech.] (Zoöl.) A suborder of leeches including those that have a protractile proboscis, without jaws. Clepsine is the type.
