Rol″li‐che (?), n. [Also Rol″le‐jee (�), Rol″li‐chie.] [D. rolletje a little roll.] A kind of sausage, made in a bag of tripe, sliced and fried, famous among the Dutch of New Amsterdam and still known, esp. in New Jersey.
