Sta‐bil″i‐ment (stȧ‐bĭl″ĭ‐ment), n. [L. stabilimentum, fr. stabilire to make firm or stable, fr. stabilis. See Stable, a.] The act of making firm; firm support; establishment. Jer. Taylor.
