Thank (?), v. t. [imp. & p. p.Thanked (?); p. pr. & vb. n.Thanking.] [AS. þancian. See Thank, n.] To express gratitude to (anyone) for a favor; to make acknowledgments to (anyone) for kindness bestowed; — used also ironically for blame.
