‖Tri‐un″gu‐lus (?), n.; pl.Triunguli (#). [NL. See Tri-, and Ungulate.] (Zoöl.) The active young larva of any oil beetle. It has feet armed with three claws, and is parasitic on bees. See Illust. of Oil beetle, under Oil.
