3. "to reckon, count as", ἐν εὐεργεσίας μέρει id=Dem.:—Pass. "to be reckoned", ἔν τισι Eur.; ἀριθμεῖσθαι τῶν φιλτάτων "to be counted" as one of one's dearest friends, id=Eur.
