‖Bam‐bi″no (bäm‐bē″nō̍), n. [It., a little boy, fr. bambo silly; cf. Gr. βαμβαλίζειν, βαμβαίνειν, to chatter.] A child or baby; esp., a representation in art of the infant Christ wrapped in swaddling clothes.
