Mar″ble‐ize (?), v. t. [imp. & p. p.Marbleized (?); p. pr. & vb. n.Marbleizing (?).] To stain or grain in imitation of marble; to cover with a surface resembling marble; as, to marbleize slate, wood, or iron.
