‖Xe′ro‐der″ma (?), n. [NL., fr. Gr. ξηρόσ dry + δέρμα skin.] (Med.) (a) Ichthyosis. (b) A skin disease characterized by the presence of numerous small pigmented spots resembling freckles, with which are subsequently mingled spots of atrophied skin.
