Xylostein

Xy‐los″te‐in (?), n. [Xylo- + Gr. οστἔον bone.] (Chem.) A glucoside found in the poisonous berries of a species of honeysuckle (Lonicera xylosteum), and extracted as a bitter, white, crystalline substance.
