I. "to make angry, provoke to anger, irritate", Ar., Plat.

II. more common in Pass., with fut. mid. and pass. ὀργιοῦμαι, ὀργισθήσομαι: aor1 ὠργίσθην: perf. ὤργισμαι:— "to grow angry, be wroth", Soph., etc.; τινι "with" a person or thing, Eur., Thuc., etc.; τὸ ὀργιζόμενον τῆς γνώμης their angry feelings, Thuc.
