Celestine

{ Cel″es‐tine (?), Cel″es‐tite (?), }, n. [LL. caelestinus bine.] (Min.) Native strontium sulphate, a mineral so named from its occasional delicate blue color. It occurs crystallized, also in compact massive and fibrous forms.
