Distyle

Dis″tyle (?), a. [Gr. δι- = δίσ- twice + � pillar: cf. F. distyle.] (Arch.) Having two columns in front; — said of a temple, portico, or the like.

Distyle in antis, having columns between two antæ. See Anta.
