‖Ep′i‐neu″ri‐um (?), n. [NL., fr. Gr. επἴ upon + � a nerve.] (Anat.) The connective tissue framework and sheath of a nerve which bind together the nerve bundles, each of which has its own special sheath, or perineurium.
