‖Phy‐soph″o‐ræ (?), n. pl. [NL., fr. Gr. � a bellows + φέρειν to bear.] (Zoöl.) An order of Siphonophora, furnished with an air sac, or float, and a series of nectocalyces. See Illust. under Nectocalyx.
