Pre‐fig″ure (?; 135), v. t. [imp. & p. p.Prefigured (?); p. pr. & vb. n.Prefiguring.] [F. préfigurer, or L. praefigurare, praefiguratum; prae before + figurare to figure. See Figure, and cf.
