{ Pro‐phet″ic (?), Pro‐phet″ic‐al (?) }, a. [L. propheticus, Gr. �: cf. F. prophétique.] Containing, or pertaining to, prophecy; foretelling events; as, prophetic writings; prophetic dreams; — used with of before the thing foretold.
