Psychrometer

Psy‐chrom″e‐ter (?), n. [Gr. ψυχρόσ cold + -meter: cf. F. psychromètre.] An instrument for measuring the tension of the aqueous vapor in the atmosphere, being essentially a wet and dry bulb hygrometer.
