‖Staph′y‐lo″ma (@–lō″mȧ), n. [L., fr. Gr. σταφύλωμα, fr. σταφυλή a bunch of grapes.] (Med.) A protrusion of any part of the globe of the eye; as, a staphyloma of the cornea.
