‖Ste′a‐top″y‐ga (–tŏp″ĭ‐gȧ), n. [NL., fr. Gr. στέαρ, στέατοσ, fat + πυγή the buttocks.] A remarkable accretion of fat upon the buttocks of Africans of certain tribes, especially of Hottentot women.
