(< εὖ + οῆμα, a sign) [in LXX for כֶּסֶא, Ps 80 (81):3 (-ως, Da LXX 2:19)*;]

1. conspicuous (cf. Ps, l.c.).

2. clear to the understanding, distinct: I Co 14:9.†
