Ge″ode (jē″ōd), n. [F. géode, L. geodes, fr. Gr. � earthlike; γέα, γη̑, the earth + εἰ̑δοσ form.] (Min.) (a) A nodule of stone, containing a cavity, lined with crystals or mineral matter. (b) The cavity in such a nodule.
