Ge′o‐deph″a‐gous (jē′ō̍‐dĕf″ȧ‐gŭs), a. [Gr. γέα, γη̑, earth + αδηφἄγοσ eating one's fill; gluttonous.] (Zoöl.) Living in the earth; — applied to the ground beetles.
