‖Hem′a‐toc″ry‐a (?), n. pl. [NL., fr. Gr. αἱ̑μα, αἵματοσ, blood + κρύοσ cold.] (Zoöl.) The cold-blooded vertebrates, that is, all but the mammals and birds; — the antithesis to Hematotherma.
